My journey
Before joining CBW in 2022, I worked within the Equity & Law Life Assurance industry as a Sales Support gaining experience dealing with protection, investments, pensions and mortgages. This was over a 10-year period, before joining a small independent Financial Advisor in 2014, as an IFA Administrator for 7 years.
I now work as a Senior Administrator support for Chris Clayton at CBW, building relationships with his clients and providing a first class service to both his team and the wider Financial Planning team.
What I enjoy most about my job
No two days are the same, and my work involves working closely with both Advisers and clients alike. It is always good to know that at the end of the day we are here to help clients achieve their goals, and to make a difference to theirs and their families’ lives.
About me
A day exploring a new City with my best friend, a spot of lunch and a drink in a Sunny beer garden with friends; or a long walk through a forest or along the river.
It’s so hard to pick as I know I’ve definitely not seen enough of it to make a choice – but I’ve loved every country I’ve ever visited, including all parts of the UK – and so I aspire to see many more!
Turning the radio up and having a jolly good sing and dance and the sun coming out never fail to cheer me up!
I always wanted to visit Lapland with my children to see Santa Claus, but never did; so now that they’re too old for it I’m looking forward to taking my little grandson there one day (and maybe my kids will come along too!)
No problem is unsurmountable; and honesty is the best policy.
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
