On Thursday 10^th September at 2pm, CBW and Logistics UK will be announcing the results of our annual Logistics M&A survey via a webinar.

CBW and Logistics UK, in conjunction with the leading independent research firm, Analytiqa, have undertaken a survey of companies’ expectations for mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) activity in the logistics sector over the next twelve months. The survey, which involved senior executives within logistics companies in the UK, provides a view on expected trends in M&A, including valuations, and also touches on some of the most important issues facing companies in the sector and the changes they will be making, particularly to their business models, as they plan for the future.

As well as focusing on the positive and negative impacts of Covid-19, the timing of our survey will also give us an invaluable insight into the sector’s likely behaviour following the UK’s recent departure from the EU and the possible effects this will have on valuations and transactions now that Brexit has finally happened.
