My journey
Before joining CBW, I was a pensions administrator for JLT and Capita, looking after final salary pension schemes, before working for a small IFA practice for five years.
After five years as an Administrator and Paraplanner at CBW, I have now taken on more of a project-based role to make our processes slicker, and our client experience as good as it can be.
What I enjoy most about my job
Training other members of staff and trying to get the best out of our systems to help provide a great client service.
