My journey
I joined what was known as Friends Provident in 2005, in their Watford branch as support for the Group Pension Manager. A few years after that, I joined Edwards Financial Services in Harrow as an administrator dealing with protection, investments, pensions and mortgages. When Edwards merged with CBW in 2016, I became a Senior Administrator. I now support the team with auto-enrolment pensions and employee benefits such as group life insurance.
