On Tuesday 28 September at 10am, CBW and Logistics UK will be announcing the results of their annual Logistics M&A Survey, via a webinar.
CBW and Logistics UK, in conjunction with the leading independent research firm, Analytiqa, have undertaken their annual survey of companies’ expectations for mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) activity in the logistics sector over the next twelve months. The survey, which involves senior executives within logistics companies in the UK, provides a view on expected trends in M&A, and insight and guidance about M&A activity and valuation levels in the UK logistics sector.
Our survey will also explore how issues such as decarbonisation targets and Brexit continue to impact the sector.
